Projects 1 - No site too awkward...


						Before... an unsightly area at the back of a family home This project shows the difference that a Heritage Conservatory can make to a property. The project was carried out for Graham and Nita Tinn who wanted to make the most of an unsightly area at the back of their house. The fact that the house was listed made the involvement of a company with the experience of Heritage Conservatories essential. Heritage Conservatories not only produced, designed and costed the project , but also made the application for planning permission and listed building approval.

						After... a beautiful and cheerful room for year round use Once approval had been given, the old buildings had to be demolished which gave rise to previously unforseeable problems. These were quickly overcome by the Heritage team, who went on to produce a beautiful and cheerful room for year-round use. After seeing the finished project Mr Tinn has no regrets about choosing Heritage Conservatories. He says, "Obviously price plays a part in choosing a company but you have also got to believe that the people are capable of doing the job." He continues, "The workmen certainly respected the fact that they were working in a domestic environment and we gave them very good marks especially for keeping us informed."
